Fulfilling Children’s Wishes: Make-A-Wish is dedicated to granting the wishes of children diagnosed with critical illnesses. Fundraising efforts can help fulfill these wishes, bringing joy and hope to these children and their families.

Raising Awareness: By hosting a fundraiser, we can help raise awareness about the work of Make-A-Wish and the needs of children with critical illnesses. This can lead to more support and resources for these children.

You can share Wishes in the Meadow with others by clicking on the 'Share' button on the homepage and choosing your preferred social media platform.


 We have limited parking spaces available, so we encourage you to carpool with your family and friends. You will be parking on grassy areas and fields, so please avoid bringing low-clearance vehicles. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing camp chairs and blankets.


 Yes, we are excited to announce that there will be a variety of food options available at the event.   So, please bring your appetite and get ready to enjoy some fantastic food while you’re here. 


 Yes, we will be selling beer and wine at the event. However, please note that no other types of alcohol are permitted. This means attendees are not allowed to bring their own alcohol into the event, nor are they allowed to take any alcohol outside of the event premises. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please remember to drink responsibly and ensure you have a safe way to get home. Enjoy the event!


 We understand that many of our attendees are pet owners and would love to bring their furry friends along. However, for the safety and comfort of all attendees, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed at this event. The only exception to this rule is for certified service animals. If you have a certified service animal, please bring the necessary documentation to verify their status. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Donations are directed to a secure Make-A-Wish site with Wishes in the Meadow sponsorship. These funds are going directly to Make-A-Wish.

Tickets are directed to Give Butter, funny name, but this or secure site for Tickets and Auctions.
